Use the Objectives section to Review past performance objectives and/or view or plan this year's objectives. Depending on your system configuration, you may be able to view and/or edit the following sections:
- Objectives Review - is used to review and score items from a previous form's Objectives Planning section.
- Objectives Planning - is used to enter some objectives on one appraisal form which will be reviewed and scored in an Objectives Review section on a future appraisal form.
A Competency Ratings section enables participants to score a list of competencies (normally predefined and fixed) using radio buttons, whereas, a Job Competency Profile Ratings section enables participants to score a list based on your Job Deployment.
A Question and Answer section on an appraisal form enables a list of questions to be created that employees must answer as part of the process. The answers can be a text field or multiple choice.
Once all the sections are completed, click Submit Request at the top of the page to send the review to the next participant.
