Personal Summary
The Personal Summary displays an overview of the key information from an employee's profile, such as:
When you open the summary, a collapsed header shows. To expand the header and see more information, click Show More.

This drop-down enables you to quickly navigate to the screens related to the information displayed in the Personal Summary.
Displays current information for the following:
- Length of Service - based on Hire Date of current employment record.
- Current Deployment - based on latest primary Org Unit deployment record.
- Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Ratio - based on current working & scheduled time record.
Displays the scheduled working hours for the current week.
Displays taken / remaining entitlement for the current vacation year.
Displays the amount of Sickness taken in the last 12 months.
Displays the amount of Sickness taken in the last 12 months by day.
Displays key changes by year to the following:
- Employment
- Deployment
- Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Ratio
