Form Hub

The Form Hub is where you are able to view and complete company-configured forms.

Common examples include:

  • Season Ticket Loan
  • Buy / Sell Holidays
  • Return to Work Form
  • Travel Expenses Form

To view your available forms, navigate to: Myself >> Form Hub

To view available forms for an employee in your team, navigate to: My Team >> Form Hub

  • Selecting a record will open that form:
  • Depending on how your system is configured, clicking Add New will open a task for you to submit a new form.

Note:

  • Depending on your system's configuration you may have been given more or less access to your subordinate's forms than they themselves can see.
  • You may receive an e-mail and a task to Approve a form submitted by Employees in your team.
